I’m Nicki — an executive leadership consultant helping women navigate corporate systems, unmute their voice, and lead by speaking the truth to power.

For 25 years, I’ve worked inside complex corporate systems that weren’t built for women to thrive — now I work directly with women executives and up-and-comers one-on-one and in curated group experiences to help them learn how to speak truth to power, advocate for themselves, and lead with courage. 

I call this work The Action Imperative because leadership requires action when the system resists it. The Action Imperative names the point where awareness is applied in real life, and real change begins - in ourselves and in the world.
